Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor

Firm: Well-established, long-standing regional practice
Overview
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with one of the oldest and most well-established firms in the Porthcawl area, with a strong reputation built over many years of providing high-quality legal services to the local community. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
This is a key position within the firm, offering the opportunity to manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The role is suited to an experienced conveyancer who is confident working independently while maintaining a high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
About You
- An experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) with a strong track record in handling your own caseload
- Able to work autonomously and manage files efficiently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Experience in Private Client matters
- Exposure to Commercial Property work
