Residential Property Solicitor

West Sussex | Competitive Salary + Lucrative Bonus Scheme

An established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing conveyancing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who is already managing their own caseload and is looking for genuine long-term career progression. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative environment where there is real scope to influence the future development of the residential property offering.

The Opportunity

This role offers much more than simply managing files. The firm is seeking an ambitious lawyer who wants to develop professionally, contribute to departmental growth, and potentially progress into future leadership responsibilities as the team continues to expand.

You'll benefit from a strong local reputation, quality work, and a culture that values client care, teamwork, and professional development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
