We’re recruiting multiple Residential Conveyancers and Property Solicitors for a fast-growing firm that is actively building its residential property team. These are not replacement hires. This is growth-driven recruitment, with real opportunity for those who want more than just a caseload.

The role is currently office-based full time while the firm scales and embeds processes. Hybrid working is planned, but the immediate focus is productivity, collaboration and building momentum.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Dealing with landlord and tenant matters where required
- Using modern case management and legal tech systems to work efficiently
- Delivering clear advice with a strong focus on client experience
- Working closely with a growing and ambitious conveyancing team
What they’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ post qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Open to Solicitors, CLC or CILEX-qualified professionals
- Confident running files independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital systems
- Ambitious, self-driven and keen to progress
- Strong communication and client care skills
