About the Firm
A highly regarded London practice is seeking a Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic and collaborative team. Known for exceptional client service, the firm offers a supportive culture, modern infrastructure, and a commitment to professional development.
The Role
You will manage a busy and varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
The position allows for direct client engagement and provides scope for involvement in business development initiatives. Hybrid working arrangements and a modern, flexible approach are key features of the role.

What They’re Looking For
- 2-3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
- Experience in high-quality transactions; new build experience advantageous
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and excellent organisational skills
- Interest in business development and building client relationships
