London Law Firm Seeks Experienced Residential Real Estate Solicitor
A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced and astute Residential Real Estate Solicitor to join its market-leading team on an interim basis, ideally as soon as possible through to Christmas.
About the Opportunity
This is a particularly interesting opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working at the sophisticated end of the residential property market and wants exposure to high-value, complex, and often international residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with two highly regarded partners, you will support on a varied and high-quality caseload for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, international clients, family offices, and other private clients with significant UK property interests.
- The work will include:
- Prime and super-prime residential acquisitions and disposals
- High-value residential property transactions
- Complex and often international property structures
- Advising internationally based clients with UK residential property interests
- Freehold and leasehold transactions, including particularly high-value assets
- Working alongside private client advisers and other professional advisers where required
- Managing transactions from inception through to completion with a high degree of autonomy

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Someone who is technically excellent, commercially astute, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with a strong background in residential real estate.
- You will ideally have:
- Strong experience handling prime/high-value residential transactions
- Experience acting for UHNW individuals and/or international clients
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage sophisticated transactions with minimal supervision
- A calm, polished, and highly professional approach to client service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise
