Senior Residential Property Solicitor – Prime & Super-Prime Residential

Location: London

PQE: 5+ years

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience


A leading specialist highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join its highly regarded Real Estate team.

The team acts for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private families, family offices, and other sophisticated private clients on some of the most prestigious residential property transactions in London and the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor from a high-calibre residential property background who is looking to work on complex, high-value transactions and alongside an impressive private client offering.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of prime and super-prime residential property matters, including:

  • Acquisition and disposal of high-value residential properties
  • Prime Central London and super-prime residential transactions
  • Multi-million-pound purchases and sales
  • Country houses, estates, and listed properties
  • Residential property held through corporate and other ownership structures
  • Property portfolios and investment transactions
  • Leasehold matters, including lease extensions and enfranchisement
  • Development and redevelopment of high-value residential property
  • Working closely with private client, tax, and wealth advisers on complex transactions
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sophisticated private clients and professional intermediaries

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • 5+ years' PQE
  • A strong background in residential property
  • Experience handling high-value / prime residential transactions
  • Experience acting for HNW/UHNW individuals or sophisticated private clients
  • A strong academic and professional background, ideally gained within a high-calibre or Legal 500/Chambers-ranked environment
  • Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • The ability to manage complex transactions independently while working collaboratively with a highly experienced team
  • A polished and commercially minded approach appropriate for a sophisticated private client base
