Residential Sales Associate — JANUS et Cie Showroom, London
Pelham Road, Onsite
JANUS et Cie, the global leader in luxury outdoor furniture, is seeking a Residential Sales Associate for our London Showroom. This role is ideal for someone gracious under pressure, detail-obsessed, and energized by clients who appreciate exceptional design.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients, by phone and on the showroom floor
- Build a book of business from walk-in clientele and identify creative ways to find new leads
- Pre-qualify inbound inquiries and nurture them into opportunities
- Prepare sales quotes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate paperwork
- Support Marketing with mailings and e-blasts, and help coordinate showroom events
- Maintain showroom samples, literature, price lists, and overall presentation

What You Bring
- 2–3 years of office administration experience
- Luxury sales experience a strong plus
- Polished phone and in-person presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to supporting the sales team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
