Dart & Partners is a market leading independent estate agent with branches in Teignmouth, Dawlish & Shaldon.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Residential Sales Negotiator to join our busy Teignmouth office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients move home.

Ideally, applicants will have a minimum of two years' experience within residential estate agency sales, although we would also be pleased to hear from candidates with other relevant experience and transferable skills, particularly those who have a proven track record in sales, negotiation, customer service, or property-related roles.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of residential property sales, including:

  • Promoting properties and generating buyer interest.
  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Conducting accompanied viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
  • Sales progression and chain management.
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other agents.
  • Carrying out market appraisals (experience dependent).
  • Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous estate agency sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
  • Confidence in negotiating and building relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential.

Hours

This is a full-time position and includes Saturday working on a rota basis, with time off in lieu in accordance with the rota arrangements.
