Role Description
The Residential Sales Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cowbridge. The position involves managing residential property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, including arranging and conducting viewings, handling offers, and maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers. The role requires assisting with take ons and using our Matterport technology as well as ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks also include providing clear advice on the sales process, responding promptly to customer queries, coordinating with colleagues in lettings and other departments, and actively contributing to office targets and overall branch performance.

Qualifications
- Experience within estate agency or residential property sales, with a strong understanding of Estate Agents practices and local property markets.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written correspondence and confident, professional verbal interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and handling enquiries in a respectful and inclusive manner.
- Proven Sales abilities, including negotiation, pipeline management, and working to individual and team targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Comfortable using property software, CRM systems, and standard office applications; willingness to learn new tools.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for attending appointments and viewings.
- Previous experience in residential agency or a related property role is highly beneficial; relevant vocational training or qualifications via Propertymark or RICS are an advantage.

Compensation
Competitive salary with a basic salary structure as well as commission.
