Marlborough Court, Nottingham

Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview

As a Residential Scheme Manager (live-in), you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run community for residents at Marlborough Court. You’ll support residents to live independently, build positive relationships, and help ensure the scheme remains a place that residents are proud to call home.

About Marlborough Court

Marlborough Court is a retirement independent living scheme made up of 48 flats and 9 bungalows. Your role will be to work closely with residents, colleagues, and the established Resident Association to encourage community involvement and provide a responsive service.

On-Site Living Element

The role includes an on-site living element, with a 2-bedroom bungalow provided for you to live in. This is in the grounds of Marlborough Court, however, separate from the flats and other bungalows. There is a separate office space for your work within the main communal building. You’ll be required to live on site from Monday to Friday. You’ll have the flexibility to leave at weekends or stay on site if you prefer. Residents will be aware of your working hours, and you will not be contacted outside of these times unless there is an emergency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
