About Prevail Partners

Prevail Partners is a specialist risk management, intelligence, security and advisory firm delivering strategic advice, intelligence, specialist capabilities and managed services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We support government, defence, multinational, commercial and non-governmental clients operating in complex and challenging environments, providing discreet, professional and innovative solutions across intelligence, technology and operational delivery.

Our shared mission is to deliver unrelenting excellence in everything we do, underpinned by integrity, curiosity, accountability and care.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Residential Security Team (RST) Operators to support an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family and their associated properties across multiple UK locations.

The role operates on a shift rotation pattern and may require travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays, in line with operational requirements. We are looking for individuals who are professional, reliable and presentable, take pride in their appearance, and have a genuine commitment to service excellence and client care.

Working as part of a wider protective security team, you will help maintain the safety and security of residential properties, estates, family vehicles, family members and visitors, while proactively identifying risks and vulnerabilities. The role requires an understanding of the unique demands of working within a private family environment, including the ability to maintain a reassuring security presence without becoming intrusive.

There may also be occasional requirements to support or substitute into Close Protection Officer duties, where appropriately qualified and where client needs dictate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
