An Exciting New Job Opportunity
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Service Manager to manage an exceptional residential service based in the Dewsbury, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This is a fantastic residential service located close to Dewsbury town centre. It provides support for adult males and females with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The service offers a safe and supportive environment where individuals can receive care tailored to their needs.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success
- Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health and safety, and licensing
- Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice
- Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care
- Innovate and continually improve the services we provide, delivering person-centred care that truly makes a difference

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance
- Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and the ability to inspire others
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care

The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
