Residential Property Solicitor – London – Hybrid/Remote + Benefits
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing residential property team in London, either hybrid or remote working.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor in London to step into a busy, well-supported environment with a strong pipeline of work.
As a Residential Property Solicitor in their London office, you’ll manage a varied caseload with autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative culture, flexible working, and clear progression opportunities.
The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Delivering high standards of client care throughout the transaction process
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm processes
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Contributing to team performance and continued growth

The Candidate
- Residential Property Solicitor experienced in conveyancing
- Strong background in residential property matters
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Solid technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Well organized with a strong attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Motivated to progress within a growing firm
