Residential Supervisor Days
Some people remember the care they received. Everyone remembers the person who gave it. At Heathside, you'll help older people and people living with dementia feel safe, valued, and respected every single day. You'll lead by example, support your team, and make sure every resident receives the kind of care you'd want for your own family.
About Heathside
Heathside is part of the We Change Lives Care Group. It's a warm, welcoming residential home supporting older people and people living with dementia.
Every resident has their own story, routines, and preferences. We believe great care starts with really knowing the person, which is why we never work in a one-size-fits-all approach.
You'll be joining a friendly and brilliant team who treat all our residents with dignity, kindness, and respect every day.
If you're an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking for somewhere that genuinely puts people first, we'd love to meet you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
