About the Role
This award-winning part residential school is a specialist independent provision supporting learners with Autism and SEN needs. This setting is seeking a Support Worker to join the team on a full-time basis. This role is needed Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday and full-time employees will work 44.25 hours a week. Part-time candidates will be considered and welcomed. This is a term-time-only role due to being a school and residential setting.

About the Setting
This is a children and young people school and residential setting supporting learners between the ages of 5-25 years. This setting offers a bright, modern, and welcoming setting with facilities and technology that any school/day center would dream of. All therapies are done on site, and every learner is offered an individualized education and care plan. The school and residential setting values trust, empowerment, and building confidence. This setting truly believes in every learner and strives to offer them the best education, life skills, work experience, and support possible.

Requirements
All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Relevant teaching Assistant, childcare, or adult care experience (desirable)
- Experience working or supporting young adults or children with SEN or personal experience with SEN (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
- Unfortunately, this setting is not able to offer sponsorship.
