Bath Road Children's Home
Bath Road Children's home is a 5 bed childrens home we are passionate about supporting children with additional needs by building positive relationships, being fun and uplifting, and celebrating every success no matter how big or small. We understand that to do this effectively and give the children the best opportunity to reach their potential, our staff need to be supported and feel valued at every step. We strive to do this through mutual respect, effective supervision, and commitment to individuals learning and development resulting in a sense of belonging and good staff retention.
Due to the requirements of the role, a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Be at the centre of the fun! Taking young people to see their friends, trips to the cinema, partaking in community events such as fundraisers and galas, teaching the young people to cook, encouraging them to be independent and many other brand new opportunities that they may never have had the chance to do previously.
- Make a real difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
