Residential Support Worker (SEN) : Full Time

Responsibilities
- Supporting young people with daily living skills and encouraging independence.
- Providing personal care where required, always with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Building positive relationships that help young people feel safe and confident.
- Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, recreation, and community activities.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Recording important information and contributing to care plans.
- Celebrating progress and recognising every achievement, no matter how small.
Applicants must be available to work the below shifts:
- Option 1: Monday to Friday: 06.45 to 13.30 and 15.45 to 22.00 (you must be able to do a mixture of shifts)
- Option 2: Monday to Sunday: 06.45 to 13.30, 15.45 to 22.00, 12.00 to 22.00, and 06.45 to 16.00 (you must be able to do a mixture of shifts)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and a positive, patient approach to supporting individuals with SEN.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Access to your own transport is required due to the location of the facility.
- Previous experience in care or the education sector is not required but is desirable.

- Competitive compensation of GBP 12.75 to GBP 13.65 per hour.
- Full-time, permanent position (44.25 hours per week, term time only) starting in September.
