Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (plus weekend enhancements).
Contract: Full-Time.

Brilliant Pay & Perks
- Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (based on experience & qualifications).
- Weekend Pay: 1.3 x your basic rate.
- Bank Holidays: Up to 3 x pay.
- 28 Days Annual Leave.
- Paid DBS & Training.
- Pension Scheme (up to 6% contribution).

- Providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
- Supporting daily routines, life skills, and fun activities.
- Promoting independence and dignity.
- Managing behaviours with empathy and confidence.
- Working closely with a brilliant, multidisciplinary team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about helping others.
- Proactive, empathetic, and full of positive energy.
- A full UK driving licence holder.
