Salary: £27,254 - £30,024 per annum pro rata based on hours offered

23 - 30 Hours per Week part time

Have you got experience in working with children or young people with disabilities? Do you have a passion and motivation for doing a great job? If so, we would love you to join us as one of our Residential Support Workers.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be ambitious for our young people in helping them to achieve their goals and optimize their potential. You will play a vital role in working directly with young people, building effective relationships, with their families and other professionals. You will actively be involved in planning activities and have good communication skills.

Bromsgrove Short Breaks Service provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children and young people with physical and learning disabilities and complex health needs across Worcestershire can enjoy a short break away from home. Our standards are high, and we have a rating as Good by Ofsted.

We are a supportive and established team who really do make a difference to the lives of young people in Worcestershire, and we recognize the importance of supporting, training, and developing the staff who deliver services for children and young people. There is an opportunity to complete an apprenticeship level 4 Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner.

We require a number of Residential Support Workers with part-time hours varying from 20 - 30 hrs to complement and help progress our plans.
