An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a well-established Chartered Surveying Practice renowned for providing independent residential property advice, valuations, and building surveying services.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of residential surveying work across London and the Home Counties, supported by an experienced internal team who manage administration and appointments, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality surveys and valuations.

Responsibilities
- Undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations.
- Complete Level 3 Building Surveys where appropriate.
- Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports using digital survey platforms.
- Manage your own diary with full administrative support.
- Provide practical advice and excellent customer service throughout the survey process.
- Ensure all work complies with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.
About You
You'll be an experienced and qualified Residential Surveyor with a passion for delivering high-quality surveying services. You'll ideally have:
- MRICS qualification with current RICS membership.
- At least 5 years' surveying experience.
- Experience completing HomeBuyer Reports and Red Book Valuations.
- RICS Registered Valuer status, or eligibility to become registered.
- Confidence using digital surveying systems and reporting platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your allocated area.
