Job Title: Residential Surveyor/ or Graduate

Location: Inverness

Salary: Competitive

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our established residential team in Inverness on a full-time basis as a Residential Surveyor or Graduate covering the Highlands and Islands and Moray.

Applicants should be:

  • Experienced in Home Reports, valuation reports, and other residentially-focused products.
  • Have a keen interest in property.
  • Have a property background education.
  • Able to demonstrate practical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven, motivated, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to work within a team.

Experience

  • Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of the residential property market in Inverness would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while meeting deadlines.
  • RICS membership or relevant professional qualification is a plus for qualified surveyors.
