Position: Team Leader (Days)

Hi,
We're the people who live at Orchards, here at David Lewis and we're looking for a new Team Leader to help lead the team that supports us.
Orchards is a busy, vibrant and fun place to live. We are a diverse group of people with different personalities, interests, routines and goals. Some of us love being out and about, some enjoy activities at home, some are working on developing independence, and some need staff who understand us well and can support us through challenging days.
We're going through an exciting period of change as Orchards develops into three smaller homes. This will create even more opportunities for us to have personalised support, develop our independence and make our houses truly feel like home.
To help us achieve this, we need a Team Leader who can inspire staff, lead by example and make sure our voices remain at the heart of everything they do.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support the staff team on a day-to-day basis.
- Role model excellent support practices.
- Help develop staff knowledge, skills and confidence.
- Promote active support and independence.
- Ensure high standards of care and support are maintained.
- Work alongside families, professionals and colleagues.
- Help create opportunities for us to learn, grow and enjoy life.
