Job Introduction

Job Title: Team Leader (Nights) at David Lewis – Join Us and Make a Difference!

Hello! I’m one of the people who will live here at David Lewis and I want to tell you about an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader on nights. We’re looking for someone special to support us in our home at David Lewis, where we’re all about creating a space where we feel safe, supported, and respected. You'll be the heart of our team, leading and supporting staff who help make our lives better every day. You will be a part of an established team, supporting us so we need someone who can balance leading shifts with being hands-on and working alongside the team. You'll be the first point of call for the staff, and we’ll look to you to create opportunities for us to grow, learn, and enjoy life in our own unique way.

What We're Looking For

  • Proactive & Flexible: You’ll be leading by example, but also rolling up your sleeves and working the shifts alongside the team, so you’ll need to be able to manage your time and priorities well.
  • A Great Communicator: You’ll be the one staff turn to, so being able to communicate clearly with everyone is essential – think outside of the box and find ways to keep things running smoothly.
  • Creative & Fun: We need someone who can think on their feet and bring fresh ideas to help us live our best lives. Whether it’s coming up with fun activities or making sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll look to you to make things happen.
  • Bubbly Personality: It helps if you’re friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to – we want someone who’s not afraid to bring energy and a positive attitude to everything they do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
