Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Line Manager: Head of Places


Role Summary

The responsibility of the Residential and Events Manager is to support the development and growth of sports provision across our places.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential

  • Knowledge of sports industry including sports tours, padel and fitness
  • Experience of planning and organising group activities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences across multiple platforms
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

  • Experience of collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
  • Experience in hosting tours, events and residentials
  • Experience of the Foundation’s programmes delivered at The Nest
  • Experience managing budgets and monitoring expenditure
