Based in Skegness Resort Open on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday late shifts.
About the Role
Help protect the fun at one of the UK’s favourite holiday destinations. We’re looking for licenced Door Supervisors who are professional, approachable and driven by guest safety.
As part of our Resort Safety department, you’ll reinforce the vibe of our busy venues and grounds while keeping security sharp. Balancing proactive problem-solving with a vigilant eye ensures both our resort and its guests feel secure.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking focused weekend work, operating Friday–Sunday nights, with flexibility across the resort—rotating between venues, cordons, gates, and mobile patrols.
Previous experience in security is a plus, but more than anything we value composure, exceptional communication, and a strong commitment to guest care.
Key Responsibilities
- Door Security: Primary duty in overseeing entrance points across venues.
- Rotating Patrols: As needed, support cordons, main gates, or conduct mobile patrols across the resort.
- Guest Assistance: Guide and support visitors with questions or concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Address issues actively where they arise, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
- Vehicle Checks: Conduct safety checks on departing vehicles as required.
- Monitoring Activity: Closely observe resort happenings and log any irregularities.
- Incident Reporting: Accurately record and document incidents and actions taken.

Skills, Knowledge & Requirements
Essential:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Flexibility to work late at night, on weekends, and during overnight shifts
Advantageous:
- Valid UK driving licence
- Valid CCTV Operator Licence
