Location: Skegness Resort
Hours: Part-time - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday late shifts

We are looking for professional, approachable, and licensed Door Supervisors to join our weekend team. First and foremost, our department focuses on guest safety.
You will be the friendly face that keeps our guests and team feeling secure, blending a proactive problem-solving attitude with a watchful eye across our busy venues and resort grounds.
This role is perfect if you are looking for dedicated weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday late shifts. While your main base will be working in our vibrant venues in a traditional Door Supervisor capacity, you will also be part of a dynamic team that rotates across the resort.
Previous experience in security is desirable, but a calm head, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to guest care are what truly matter.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will keep guest safety at the heart of everything you do. You will predominantly work on venue doors, but you will also rotate to support cordons, main gates, and mobile resort patrols.
- Helping guests with enquiries
- Actively solving on-resort issues
- Conducting intermittent security checks on outgoing vehicles
- Monitoring resort activity
- Reporting any irregularities
- Accurately completing incident reports to keep our operation running smoothly
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Requirements
- Essential: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Essential: Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and night time hours.
- Advantageous: Valid UK driving licence and/or CCTV licence.
