Description

About the Role

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!

Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across Accommodation and Resort Safety, to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.

As a Resort Safety SIA team member you will need to deal with a wide range of challenges which will require you to combine your customer service skills with your security knowledge. You will need to ensure that our guests feel safe and secure throughout their stay at Butlin's.

  • Typical working hours: Working variable shift patterns covering 8am - 8pm (day shifts) and 8pm - 8am (night shifts)
  • Qualified role is permanent, and is paid fortnightly
  • Live in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and over and if relocating to the area

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
