The Role
As a Resource Administrator, you will support the effective scheduling and deployment of colleagues by accurately administering resource requirements and maintaining relevant workforce information.
Help ensure operational areas are appropriately resourced by colleagues with the required skills across Airside Security, Car Parks, Cleaning, Customer Experience, Engineering, Terminal Security and Soft Services.

Key Accountabilities
- Accurately administer and maintain Resource Management Systems, including colleague data relating to staff moves, new starters, leavers, annual leave, overtime, shift swaps and flexible working shifts.
- Review operational colleague timecards and resolve all exceptions.
- Provide Resource Team Managers and Schedulers with accurate information to support effective decision-making.
- Collate data sets for ad hoc requests from the Resource Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
- Support the Resource Leadership Team with meeting administration, including minute taking.
- Request third-party resources in line with operational demands set by the Resource Team Manager.
- Apply and share previous learning, supporting continuous improvement and improving personal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Undertake other duties reasonably requested by the company, including duties outside the standard remit of the role.
- Take responsibility for personal and team compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies, maintaining safe working practices that minimise risk to colleagues, customers and airport users.
- Maintain knowledge of airport facilities and layout, provide assistance with passenger and airport-user queries, and demonstrate a flexible and helpful approach to supporting the smooth running of the airport.
What Will Make You Successful in the Role?
- Experience using Resource Management Systems, such as Kronos or Dimensions, would be an advantage.
- Ability to use initiative and respond flexibly to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
- A creative and proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels, including third parties.
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
