Bring Your Skills to Projects That Help Create a Safer World
At Cavendish Nuclear we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Resourcing Coordinator.
The Role
As a Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment and onboarding activity for the Hinkley Point C (HPC) programme—one of the nation’s most significant clean energy projects. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you’ll help ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Your work will directly strengthen the UK’s energy resilience and contribute to major advances in clean energy and nuclear engineering.
Day-to-day, you’ll be expected to:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activity to support the HPC programme.
- Create recruitment approvals, induction schedules and ensure all candidate information is accurate, up-to-date and GDPR compliant.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting weekly reporting and attending update meetings.
- Facilitate weekly induction events to ensure new colleagues integrate smoothly into the Clean Energy team.
- Keep workforce planning data up to date, ensuring accurate visibility of joiners and leavers.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
