A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join our Adult Social Care teams based at our Civic Centre office and our Reablement service based at Sembal House. Here in Southampton Adult Social Care, we share the Social Care Future’s vision, to enable us all to live in the place we call home, with the people and things we love, in communities where we look out for each other, doing things that matter to us. As a Resource Coordinator, you will provide a high-quality, flexible resourcing service to our teams across our three service areas: Quality, Performance and Professional Development Service, Living and Ageing Well Service, and Whole Life Pathway Service.

This is a full-time permanent position (37 hours per week). Monday-Sunday

About You

  • Have an excellent level of IT literacy and be able to use a range of digital media platforms and applications including MS Office.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a strong customer focus with active listening skills.
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others and as a team.
  • Can work effectively and accurately under pressure.
  • Be able to think about alternative ways of doing things and be open to new work practices and responsive to change.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £26,402 - £28,207 per annum. The starting salary is £26,402 with annual progression through the salary bands.
