A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join our Adult Social Care teams based at Sembal House, Southampton.

As a Resource Coordinator you will provide high quality flexible resourcing service to our teams across our three-service areas: Quality, Performance and Professional Development Service, Living and Ageing Well Service and Whole Life Pathway Service.
This is a full-time permanent position (18.5 hours per week). Monday-Sunday

About You
- Have an excellent level of IT literacy and be able to use a range of digital media platforms and applications including MS Office.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong customer focus with active listening skills.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem solving.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others and as a team.
- Can work effectively and accurately under pressure.
- Be able to think about alternative ways of doing things and be open to new work practices and responsive to change.

What We Can Offer You
Salary: The salary band for this role is £26,402 - £28,207 per annum (pro rata). The starting salary is £26,402 with annual progression through the salary bands.
