Resource Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Coordinator to support the planning and deployment of field-based operational teams across multiple customer sites nationwide.
This is not a traditional administration role.
You'll thrive if you enjoy coordinating people, solving problems, juggling multiple priorities and keeping operations moving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinating field-based engineers and technicians
- Managing both planned and reactive resource requirements
- Supporting workforce planning and scheduling activities
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders daily
- Tracking resource availability and assignments
- Following up on outstanding actions and ensuring plans remain on track
- Maintaining accurate planning records and documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement across planning and operations
About you
We're open to a range of backgrounds, but you'll likely have experience in:
- Resource planning
- Service coordination
- Workforce scheduling
- Operations support
- Logistics coordination
- Engineering administration
- Dispatch or control room environments
