Following the merger of Trustmarque and Ultima, we've created one of the UK's most exciting technology businesses, bringing together over 1,400 talented people and a broad portfolio of cloud, AI, cyber security, digital transformation, and managed services capabilities.

As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we're looking for a proactive and commercially aware Resource Coordinator to join our Professional Services Resourcing team and help ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, allocated to the right work at the right time.

If you're an experienced resource coordination or workforce planning professional who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, solving resourcing challenges and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Resource Coordinator, you'll take ownership of end-to-end resource coordination across our Professional Services organisation, managing consultant and architect schedules, balancing demand and capacity and helping to maximise utilisation.

You'll manage resource requirements from initial request through to allocation, ensuring accurate and timely bookings while identifying potential capacity constraints, resource conflicts and upcoming gaps.

Working closely with Practice Directors, Delivery, Sales, Finance, consultants and senior stakeholders, you'll provide clear visibility of resource availability, bookings, utilisation and demand to support effective business decision-making.

This isn't simply a scheduling role. We're looking for someone who can build trusted relationships across the business, confidently challenge requirements where needed and proactively find solutions that deliver the best commercial and operational outcome.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and manage resource bookings from initial requirement through to allocation, ensuring bookings are accurate, timely and aligned with commercial and delivery requirements.
  • Manage and maintain consultant and architect diaries, availability and allocation information within D365.
  • Assess incoming resource requirements, clarify demand and identify the appropriate skills and experience needed.
  • Match available resources to internal and customer requirements, including the use of third-party providers where required.
  • Identify resource conflicts, capacity constraints, utilisation risks and upcoming gaps, working with stakeholders to find practical solutions.
  • Provide clear and timely visibility of resource availability, bookings, utilisation and demand.
  • Constructively challenge resource requests where requirements, timelines, priorities or commercial considerations don't align, proposing alternative solutions wherever possible.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance and Delivery to ensure relevant billing information is accurate.
  • Maintain accurate resourcing records and reporting, highlighting risks to the Head of Resourcing where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, Practice Directors, Sales, Delivery, Finance and senior stakeholders.
  • Process quotes throughout the month, including higher volumes at month end, ensuring monthly billing is accurately reflected within D365.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resourcing processes, systems and ways of working, helping to make the service more proactive, efficient and effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
