A career without limits
As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.
It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.
This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.
So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.
We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.
If you have applied for the same role within the last six months, please do not submit another application at this time.
The role: Resource Delivery Executive
At British Airways, keeping our operation running smoothly depends on how well our plans are delivered in real time. Within our Operations Planning directorate, we turn workforce plans into day-to-day operational success.
As a Resource Delivery Executive, you’ll play a key role in this - deploying workforce resources, supporting frontline teams and responding to live challenges to help keep the operation running safely and efficiently.
This role sits within the Resource Delivery team, reporting to a Resource Delivery Manager, and focuses on real-time deployment and operational support.
Work Pattern: This role operates on a 7-day roster with early, day, and late shifts. Working hours may range between 04:30 and 21:00, including weekend coverage. Shift-based roles attract additional shift allowance.
What You’ll Do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
