Resource Geologists (Junior, Senior & Principal)
Context:
We are seeking expressions of interest from talented Resource Geologists at Junior, Senior and Principal level who want to be part of our growth journey. These opportunities span operating mines, resource growth programmes, expansion initiatives and studies, providing the chance to work with complex, high-value ore bodies and multidisciplinary teams across the Rest of World portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, validate and document geological, mineralisation, resource and grade control models appropriate to the level of role.
- Review and provide technical input into exploration, infill, grade control, and resource definition drilling plans.
- Manage and interrogate geological, drilling, sampling, and assay datasets to ensure data integrity and fitness for resource estimation.
- Track mine-to-mill reconciliation, analyse variances and update resource and grade control models to support accurate planning and production outcomes.
- Ensure effective transition of geological interpretations and block models from exploration through resource estimation, mine planning and operations.
- Contribute to mineral resource sections of internal reports, quarterly performance reviews and external reporting aligned to relevant reporting codes, including NI 43-101, JORC and/or SAMREC where applicable.
- Monitor, review, and improve QA/QC processes for data used in resource and grade control model updates.
- Identify geological risks, opportunities, and upside potential to support life-of-mine planning, reserve conversion, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with exploration, mine geology, survey, mine planning, processing, and technical services teams to improve geological confidence and close planning gaps.
- Review open pit dig blocks and underground stopes for geological risk, grade continuity, and reconciliation performance.
- For Senior and Principal levels, lead technical reviews, mentor junior geologists, improve modelling workflows and provide governance over resource estimation standards.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Geology, Mineral Resource Estimation, Geostatistics or a related technical discipline is advantageous for Senior and Principal level appointments.
- Professional registration, membership or eligibility with a recognised geoscience or reporting body is advantageous and may be required for Principal level roles.
- Training or demonstrated competency in mineral resource reporting codes such as NI 43-101, JORC and/or SAMREC is preferred.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Junior level: foundational experience in mine geology, exploration geology, grade control, drilling, sampling, data management, or geological modelling.
- Senior level: proven experience in resource modelling, block modelling, estimation workflows, reconciliation, QA/QC and technical reporting within an operating mine or advanced project environment.
- Principal level: significant technical leadership and mentorship experience in mineral resource estimation, resource governance, model review/audit, reporting assurance and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to gold and copper deposits or complex structurally controlled orebodies is advantageous, but experience in other commodities will also be considered.
- Demonstrate passion for developing and applying orebody knowledge (deposit genesis) to support data driven decision-making, resource growth and long-term value creation.
- Strong working knowledge of geological databases, data validation, QA/QC protocols, grade control processes, and mine-to-mill reconciliation.
- Proficiency in relevant geological modelling, estimation, GIS, and mine planning software such as Vulcan, Leapfrog & Supervisor (preferred), or Datamine, Surpac, Micromine, or equivalent packages.
- Ability to interpret complex geological, structural, assay and production data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong communication, reporting and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across exploration, geology, mining, planning, survey, and processing teams.
- Commitment to safety, responsible mining, continuous improvement, and the development of technical capability within the team.
