We're looking for an experienced Resource Manager who thrives when priorities shift, demand changes and new challenges land on their desk.

At Korn Ferry, our Resource Managers play a critical role in helping the business respond to client demand, deploy talent effectively and keep our consultants engaged, utilised and performing at their best.
No two days are the same.
One minute you'll be helping shape staffing plans for a significant new opportunity. The next you'll be working with leaders across the business to solve a critical resourcing challenge, identify capability gaps or find creative ways to meet changing client needs.

What you'll be doing
You'll partner closely with consulting leaders and consultants across the UK&I and wider EMEA region to:
- Drive workforce planning, utilisation and talent deployment.
- Anticipate future demand and identify resource needs before they become problems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Support complex staffing decisions and navigate competing priorities.
- Balance commercial needs, client demands and consultant development.
- Use data, technology and AI-enabled tools to support smarter decision making.
- Help shape how Resource Management continues to evolve within Korn Ferry.
What we're looking for

- Have previous Resource Management or Workforce Planning experience.
