Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a Resource Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee strategic resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of talent to support client service excellence and sustainable growth.

This role is a 12-month contract. Hybrid working, in central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead resource planning and allocation across the practice
  • Act as a primary adviser to senior leadership on capacity, utilisation, and workforce strategies.
  • Provide insights into pipeline management, demand forecasting, and resourcing needs.
  • Support headcount and talent deployment decisions backed by data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify innovative resourcing solutions, including flexible talent models and technological approaches like AI.
  • Champion fair, inclusive, and balanced allocation practices for all team members.
  • Partner with HR to support wellbeing, development, and career progression initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the resource management team.
  • Influence strategic decisions by building strong relationships with stakeholders at senior levels.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in resource management within complex B2B services firms
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in developing others.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of how resource decisions impact profitability and utilisation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating data into meaningful business insights.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills.
  • Discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with an ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Committed to inclusive practices and fair resource allocation.
