Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Resource Manager on behalf of our client to join their Brand creative team in London.

This role will be responsible for the effective resourcing of creative projects, ensuring work is allocated efficiently, freelance requirements are managed appropriately and teams have the capacity and talent required to deliver high-quality creative work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing resource allocation and producing reporting and data analysis using internal resource management tools
  • Running resource and budget meetings with Design teams, Heads of Business, Creative Directors and Executive Producers
  • Scaling freelance resource requirements up and down and booking freelancers against agreed budgets
  • Tracking projects against allocated budgets and highlighting overspend and underspend
  • Recruiting permanent and freelance talent
  • Tracking team utilisation and supporting capacity planning
  • Building relationships across internal teams and leading resource allocation decisions
  • Conducting talent audits to identify capability gaps and source appropriate talent

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally 5+ years' experience within a recruiting and resourcing function at a creative agency or broadcaster
  • A forward-thinking and organised planning approach with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, process and methodology skills
  • Experience communicating with senior-level stakeholders
  • Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using project or event scheduling software

The position is based in West London with a hybrid working pattern requiring attendance in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

If you have a strong background in creative resource management and are comfortable balancing people, project capacity, budgets and stakeholder requirements, we'd be keen to hear from you.
