Role Description
The Resource Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Corby, responsible for overseeing resource planning and day-to-day operational delivery across PAGeo’s contracting activities. This role manages scheduling and allocation of the installation team and coordinates materials and equipment for all projects and ensures that installation services are delivered on time and to a high standard. The Resource Operations Manager will monitor workloads, optimize capacity, and adjust plans based on project changes, while maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, and internal Directors.

- Tracking performance metrics

The role also involves assisting with budget oversight for resource utilization and supporting strategic planning for future workload and staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, resource planning, or project coordination within construction, engineering, environmental services, or a related technical field.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with planning tools and business software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, scheduling etc.
- Sound understanding of health and safety principles and compliance in site-based operations; experience with risk management is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Leadership capabilities, including supervising teams.
- Experience in contaminated land, ground gas protection, geosynthetics, or environmental consultancy is an advantage.
