Are you an experienced Resource Planner or Coordinator with a strong M&E background? Looking for a role where you can have a real impact on how engineering teams are utilised?

We're looking for someone to help build and develop the resource planning function within an established M&E division, ensuring the right engineers are allocated to the right projects at the right time.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and coordinating in-house M&E engineering teams across multiple projects.
  • Ensuring engineers are effectively utilised and allocated based on skills and project requirements.
  • Managing the use of subcontractors to support project delivery effectively.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Site Supervisors to understand upcoming resource requirements.
  • Helping develop and improve the internal resource planning process.
  • Building a clear view of resource availability, project demands, and future requirements.
  • Supporting the growth and structure of the resource planning function within the M&E division.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in resource planning, resource coordination, or workforce planning.
  • Strong M&E / Building Services knowledge.
  • Good understanding of HVAC Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and other technical engineering disciplines.
  • Experience working with site managers, site supervisors, and project teams.
  • Comfortable managing both internal engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in communicating with multiple stakeholders.
  • This is not a graduate-level position – we're looking for someone who can bring experience and help build the function.
