Location: Leeds - Hybrid working (1-2 days working from home following successful completion of training)

Join Reed's Health & Care division as a Recruitment Resourcer and play a key role in helping health and care organisations attract the talent they need to deliver vital services across the UK.
You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping connect great people with rewarding opportunities across the sector.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll focus on attracting and engaging high-quality candidates while supporting the wider recruitment team to fill vacancies across the health and care sector. You'll:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Screen, interview and match candidates to suitable permanent, temporary and interim roles.
- Write and advertise vacancies to attract high-quality talent.
- Complete compliance, referencing and onboarding activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Keep up to date with market trends and candidate availability.
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in:
- Recruitment or Resourcing
- Talent Acquisition
- Healthcare Staffing
- Customer Service or Sales
- Administration or Coordination
