Resourcer
Schools and nurseries in London need cover at 7am, and they need someone they can trust to send the right person. As a Resourcer, you're the one who makes that possible.
You'll find and vet teachers, teaching assistants and nursery nurses. You'll get them cleared, onboarded and ready to work. You'll back up our consultants so the booking they promised a school is filled.
About Humly
Humly is a supply education company. Two former supply teachers started it in Gothenburg in 2015, after getting tired of last-minute calls, no calls at all, and having no say in their own working week. We built an app so educators can see jobs, choose them and book them directly. We now work with schools and nurseries across the UK and Sweden, and we're growing our London presence.
Our London team has over 20 years of local schools experience behind it. We want to add someone who cares about doing this properly.
What you'll do
- Source educators across nursery, primary, secondary and SEN, through job boards, social media, referrals and your own networks
- Call, interview and screen candidates, so only people you'd put in front of your own child's school get through
- Run compliance checks and keep files clean and audit-ready: DBS, references, right to work, and safeguarding
- Get new educators onto the Humly app and make sure they book their first job
- Work with consultants daily on live vacancies, shortlisting and filling bookings
- Keep your pipeline warm, so you can answer "who do we have for Year 4 in Sutton on Thursday?" quickly
- Keep educators informed and engaged, and fix problems fast when something slips

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
