About the Role
As a Resourcer Administrator, you will play a key role within Connect2Hampshire, supporting the delivery of recruitment and administrative services across a busy and growing team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping ensure candidates, hiring managers and consultants receive an efficient and professional service throughout the recruitment process.

You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities and ensuring candidates are progressed efficiently through the recruitment process while maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.
This is a role where organisation, attention to detail and collaboration are essential, with responsibility for coordinating recruitment administration and supporting the day-to-day operation of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing applications and supporting candidate shortlisting activities.
- Managing candidate, client and vacancy information within internal systems and databases.
- Arranging interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Supporting compliance processes and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed accurately.
- Maintaining recruitment records and updating internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Supporting administration relating to temporary workers and timesheet processing.
- Building effective relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
- Managing recruitment enquiries received via phone, email and recruitment portals.
- Supporting the advertising of vacancies across internal and external job boards.
- Working closely with consultants and the wider team to support successful recruitment outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in administration, recruitment support or customer service.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience within a recruitment or staffing environment would be advantageous.
