Candidate Resourcing & Operations Manager
£30,000–£40,000 + Commission + Benefits. Fully remote with London travel approx. 3–4 times per month. 9-5:30- Mon-Friday.
An exciting opportunity to join a boutique recruitment consultancy working across professional services and high-performing businesses.
The company is entering a significant period of growth, with plans to expand both in the UK and globally. For the right person, there is real potential for this role to grow operationally and evolve into a much broader position as the business expands.
Working closely with the Founder and consultant team, you will play a central role in growing and managing the candidate community, identifying and engaging exceptional EA talent and supporting the delivery of live client briefs.

The Role
- Resourcing across live briefs, identifying and engaging strong talent from the existing network and wider market
- Managing and qualifying incoming candidates across applications, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
- Running targeted database and LinkedIn Recruiter searches and proactively headhunting passive candidates
- Onboarding successful candidates onto the CRM and candidate community
- Maintaining accurate, current candidate data and proactively re-engaging existing talent
- Managing job boards and live vacancies
- Providing day-to-day operational support to the Founder and wider team
- Occasional support with community events and London-based meetings
About You
- Previous recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition experience
- A strong eye for candidate calibre and fit
- Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs and job boards
- AI-literate and confident using technology to improve efficiency
- Highly organised, able to work at pace and exceptionally detail-focused
- Polished, warm and credible with excellent communication skills
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely
- A good understanding of professional services

Package
- £30,000–£40,000 DOE + commission
- Fully remote with London travel approximately 3–4 times per month.
- 25 days' holiday + Christmas shutdown+ work from anywhere during August.
