Opportunity for a Customer Focused Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, enthusiastic, customer-focused administrator to join our fast-paced team.
About the Role
As a Resourcing Administrator with the Northern Care Alliance, you’ll share our commitment to providing an outstanding recruitment experience to our hiring managers and new starters. With an overall workforce of over 20,000 employees, we are an extremely busy team and play a crucial aspect in the start of a candidate’s career with us. We are therefore looking for an individual who understands the positive impact this role has on our organisation.
Responsibilities
The role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing their career within HR, or who has experience working in recruitment or a similar target-driven position and is looking for a new challenge within a customer-focused role. Requirements
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably with a fast-paced recruitment background or high volume administrative environment.
- Understanding of the pre-employment screening processes and Home Office legislation will be an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment, motivated to organise your workload, multi-task, and make proactive decisions to improve the candidate journey.
- Responsible for the delivery of a timely, accurate, and high-quality customer-focused service ensuring safe recruitment practices are maintained.
- Involved in a wide range of transactional administrative activities from undertaking employment checks, to being the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers seeking guidance on the recruitment process.
- Requires a degree of flexibility as you will also be occasionally required to work evenings and weekends to support recruitment open days and events.
