We are pleased to offer an exciting secondment opportunity for an organised, proactive and people-focused colleague to join our Resourcing team as a Resourcing Administrator for six months in the first instance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within Recruitment and Temporary Staffing to:

  • Develop your understanding of key People Operations activities
  • Broaden your experience and support your ongoing career development
  • Broaden your understanding of the candidate and worker journey
  • Gain practical experience within a specialist Resourcing function
  • Gain exposure to and develop an understanding of key People Operations processes and activities

The Role

Working as part of the Resourcing team, you will provide administrative support across a range of recruitment activities and work closely with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be organised, approachable and confident, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day, comprehensive administrative support across Recruitment and Temporary Staffing.
  • Liaise with Payroll, Finance, hiring managers and external agencies to support recruitment and temporary staffing processes
  • Work flexibly across Resourcing, providing support and cross-cover across recruitment and temporary staffing activities as required.
  • Gain exposure to and develop an understanding of key People Operations processes and activities

We Are Looking For a Colleague Who Is

  • Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Friendly, approachable and committed to providing an excellent service to candidates and colleagues.

Previous experience in recruitment or People Services is not essential. We welcome applications from colleagues who can demonstrate strong administrative, organisational and communication skills and who are interested in developing their experience of People Services.
