Interim Resourcing Advisor (High-Volume Recruitment)
£16 per hour | Hybrid (1 day onsite, rest WFH) | Interim (weeks–months) | Nottingham

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organised Resourcing Advisor to support a busy team managing high-volume, operational hiring across areas such as cleaning, bar staff, admin, and site-based roles.

This is a fast-paced, admin-heavy recruitment role where you’ll be responsible for keeping things moving efficiently—from raising requisitions through to onboarding and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Raising and managing requisitions, ensuring approvals are signed off by Directors
  • Supporting hiring managers with basic job orders and recruitment processes
  • Processing candidates quickly and accurately across multiple roles
  • Managing Right to Work (RTW) checks, including:
    • Online share code checks via the Home Office portal
    • Video verification calls
    • British national checks (passport / birth certificate & NI)
    • ID verification via Experian tools
  • Coordinating and supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Managing agency workers and supporting temp-to-perm conversions
  • Producing and maintaining accurate spreadsheets and tracking data
  • Checking pay rates and ensuring offers are correct before issue
  • Liaising with stakeholders (e.g. security managers, hiring managers)
  • Supporting general recruitment admin and queries

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or recruitment coordination
  • Confident managing compliance processes (RTW checks essential)
  • Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and processes
  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and independently
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders
