6-month Contract, potential to perm

Monday-Friday 9-5pm, Hybrid
up to £35,000pa + Bonus

Our client is looking for a Resourcing Advisor to support the delivery of an effective recruitment service, managing vacancies from attraction through to onboarding. The role also provides HR administrative support, ensuring employee records, documentation, and onboarding processes are managed accurately and in compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Resourcing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple vacancies.
  • Advertise roles, source candidates, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment advice and support.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Prepare offer documentation and support pre-employment checks.

Onboarding & HR Administration

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and issue new starter documentation.
  • Conduct right-to-work and other compliance checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Prepare HR correspondence including contracts, offer letters, and employment changes.
  • Support probation, absence, holiday, and leaver administration.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.

General

  • Provide first-line support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and people-related projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Person Specification

Essential

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or HR administration.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee administration processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working in an in-house recruitment or HR environment.
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
  • CIPD Level 5 or a desire to continue professional development.
