The Resourcing Advisor

The Resourcing Advisor will work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team to deliver high-quality recruitment services across the council. This role involves managing job adverts, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data while upholding the council’s equal opportunities and governance standards. You will be a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external candidates, helping to attract and retain the best talent for public service roles.
