Unfortunately, JCB is unable to offer visa sponsorship or immigration support for its Early Careers Schemes, either now or in the future. This includes individuals currently on sponsored visas.

When you think about careers after college, recruitment probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind. But behind every great company and successful career is someone who helped make the connection. This apprenticeship offers the chance to learn valuable business skills, earn while you learn, and build a career in a fast-paced, people-focused industry.

What does a Resourcing Apprenticeship Scheme involve day to day?

Be part of a Resourcing Team with global reach where your coordination, curiosity, and drive for improvement help shape how we hire. As a dedicated member of the internal JCB Resourcing Team, you’ll spend your time learning on the job while studying towards a recognised qualification. You’ll be both internally and externally facing, working closely with hiring managers across JCB to understand what they need, while also engaging with candidates and giving them a great experience from start to finish. You’ll help bring the JCB brand to life, build strong relationships, and play a key part in making the hiring process smooth, efficient and people focused.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
